** Registration, Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Register: via this website by using the PayPal buttons with drop-down menus, or by phone @ 503-407-6046, or email us: classes@transcendbodywork.com. Please include the desired class date and your contact information in your message, be prepared to give credit card information as well.

Refunds & Cancelations: Tuition paid may be refunded when you give notice of your withdrawal at least 14 days before the date of the class. Cancelations made with less than 14 days notice are refundable minus a 25% fee. No refunds or credits will be given for cancelations with less than 7 days notice. In the event Transcend Bodywork cancels the class you have registered for, you will have the option to receive a full refund of tuition including service charges. If Transcend Bodywork cancels the class you purchased discounted equipment with, you are still eligible for the discount on the equipment even if you opt to not sign up for a new class date. You may arrange to pick-up your equipment, opt to pay for shipping, or have your equipment held until the new class date. In the event of inclement weather Transcend Bodywork may cancel class, call 503-407-6046 for information.

Massage Chair and equipment orders are non-refundable. Once your PayPal transaction is approved, you own the equipment you ordered, manufacturers warranty and repair policies apply. Transcend Bodywork is happy to help you navigate any warranty or repair issue that may arise, please call 503-407-6046 for assistance. If you withdraw from class purchased as a package including a discount, the discount will be void and you are electing to pay the full retail price for the equipment ordered, shipping additional. You may withdraw with adequate notice, register for a new class date and still qualify for the package discount.
