This exercise does require an object- the best tools are free- look in the recycling bin!  Inspired by bears using trees to massage their backs.  The world is your massage tool!  Be creative.  If your body likes what you’re doing, trust your body!  Don’t worry about what others may think, embrace that you are making yourself comfortable.
