This video is equally important as any of the other body tips I share.  A comfy body is useless without a planet to play on.

My children enjoyed watching this, and I appreciated the perspective It gives kids for relating to advertising.  The more we pay attention to being happy with and exploring (not exploiting) what we already have, the healthier we all will be.  I know 20 minutes seems like a lot of time for paying attention to a video on the web.  How insane is that last sentence?  Watch this video and it will be obvious to you why you have this underlying feeling you don’t quite have enough time or energy to do so...
