Nutty Fat Bombs


Made these easy yummy nutty fat bombs last night for a quick snack.  These are great for pre and post workout, or just anytime quick snack.  It’s full of essential fatty acids, healthy fat and some collagen protein.  Gives you fuel to burn to satisfy hunger.

Nutty Fat Bombs

1 C. Almond Butter

1/2 C Cashew butter or more almond

1/4 Coconut Oil

1/4 C Hemp hearts

2 T. Collagen protein, I use this one 

2 1/2 C Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, I use this one

1/3 C Raw honey

1/2 C Raw pecans, or any nuts, chopped

1/8 t sea salt

Optional add-ins: dried fruit, chia seeds, vanilla, coconut butter, flaxseed

Mix together

Use melon baller or spoon to place on to cookie sheet (parchment paper helps)

Put into freezer for approx 1 hour

You can store in freezer (let set out before you eat a bit) or fridge
