The Feel Less Anxious and Inhabit Your Body Meditation for Election or Other Stressors

Ick.  Just ick.  No matter what side of the election you are on, it has probably made you feel disgusting in your body at some point in time.  We are at the finish line of what has been a two year drama fest leaving pretty much every American feeling both disenfranchised by government and suspicious of their neighbors to some degree.  We’ve been distracted by polarized ideological battles, and stuck in our heads fighting them out.

Feelings are worn raw and body isn’t the easiest place to be.  I invite us back into our bodies with love and caring to feel our way through the aftermath.  Please enjoy this meditation.  It provides a path to settle in and get our feet back on the ground and care for where there is suffering.
