The Disco Exercise is something I’ve taught countless times in my practice as a Massage Therapist and Energy Healer. It is effective for reducing tension & discomfort in our Head, Neck, Shoulders, Arms and Hands. An exercise in efficient movement, all you’ll really need to do is less, until you no longer put effort into thinking about doing less!
